This very nicely machined Articulated Head 5 Bladed Rotor Head, machined by Nu Machining in Fairview, Oregon, allows for scale like flying on a T Rex 450 size RC Helicopter. Will also fit on most all other 450 size electric RC Helicopters.
Head Button, Modified Align RC Swashplate, & Modified Align RC Follower Are Purchased Seperately
You will be using one of your existing Lower Mixing Levers to work with the supplied follower (Align RC washout assembly) to act as the Follower to adjust swashplate phasing angle.
We highly recommend you use the Helitronix Mixer Board in conjunction with gyros on both the aileron & elevator axis. This will make your new rotor head fly very much like a 2 bladed rotor head and make this project fun instead of frustrating and even more costly.
This rotor head can be flown without a mixer board and gyros. However, that will make your multi bladed rotor head very difficult to fly, and can cause an immediate crash.
