"International Customers" Be sure and choose one of the "International Shipping Options" in the
shopping cart, or your orders can be delayed
Due to a high frequency of credit card fraud, and/or serious delivery problems in New Guinea - Taiwan - Singapore - Malaysia - Thailand - Malasia - Indonesia - India - Philipines - Pakistan - Kazakhstan - Russia - Turkey - Belarus - Bulgaria - Egypt - Romania - Ukraine - Yugoslavia - Slovenia - Mexico , orders from those countries will be immediately voided, notification sent to customer, and voided and/or not processed or shipped. No Exceptions. Our sincerest apologizes for that. However, experience has taught us some hard learned leasons. Both for our security and for the security of our customers, above countries have high incidences of fraud and/or are very difficult (in some cases impossible) to get deliveries to potential customers.

Defective Parts Returned:
We Must be Notified Of Defective Parts Within 3 Days After You Receive Them. Buyer Pays Return Shipping Costs. If over 3 days, please call the manufacturers of those products. to work out any manufacturer defect warrantee issues.
Return To Stock Items:
A 15% "Return To Stock Fee" applies on certain items sent back to us for a refund only when those returned items are new, unused and still in the original packaging with instructions and manuals. In all cases of Return To Stock items, we must be contacted within 7 days of you receive your package. After 7 days, its yours. Please E Mail, or call ahead when returning items for a refund. If return to stock items are sent to use that are not new and unused, we may have to ship them back to you at your expense.
Back Orders:
We at DeeTee fell its better to refund you immediately for items ordered that are "Out Of Stock" rather than having you wait who knows how long to receive tthem. We will notify you by e mail when that happens. When you recieve your shipping confirmation from us, be sure and open the attachemnt to that e mail to view your order details and packag tracking information. In special cases when you still want those "Out Of Stock" parts, you will not be charged for shipping those items after your original order has already been shipped to you. Of course, at any time during the waiting period for those type of parts, you can request a full refund instead of waiting. Please give us a call.
All Orders Are Kept Confidential:
At DeeTee Enterprises, your trust is of utmost importance to us. We constantly strive to protect your confidential information which includes all ordering information. DeeTee Enterprises does not disclose any customer information to any companies or individuals not relating to our customer service or order processing. If you choose, we will not keep your personal purchase information in our data base.
Declined Transactions:
We reserve the right to respectfully decline or void any Credit Card or PayPal transaction submiited to us through our web site, by phone, or store sales at any time, and for any number of reasons. Notice will always be sent, via E Mail or Phone, to any customer that is directly affected. On line orders that are declined at the time you place your order cannot be re processed here at DeeTee. You must call your bank to work out why that happened on your credit card account.
Lost Package Claims:
International & Domestic shipping via the US Postal Service has few risks. However, most package delivery delays are caused by "Customs Services" in your local area or somewhere along the route in your country for any number of reasons which we cannot explain. Since we have no control over these type of issues with Customs Services" around the world, all non delivered package claims cannot be honored until 45 days after the actual ship date of the shipment of your order.
We do the utmost best we can to package your orders properly, and in a responsible manner so that you get your packages in a timely fashion. We want your business. 99% of our International orders arrive safely and in a timely manner. Occasionally, one will get delayed. Please have patience with us and your "Customs Services" The odds are in favor of you................ your package will arrive safely, although occasionally delayed. If its in your budget, choose the highest end mailing service that has "Package Tracking" capability to ensure your order reaches you safely and in a timely fashion.
Crash Damaged Parts:
We Are "Not" Responsible For "Crash Damage" Under No Conditions, At Any Time. Please Do Not Return Crash Damaged Parts. You Could Be Liable For Return Shipping Costs Of Those Items.
